- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring a professional and well-organized environment. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and special projects as needed.
- Work closely with head of departments and other office executives to foster an efficient working environment.
