New Investment System Implementation:Lead and manage the implementation of the new investment system, including coordinating with vendors, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
Conduct regular progress reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
Reconciliation with Existing System:Develop a reconciliation strategy to ensure data consistency and accuracy between the old and new investment systems.
Lead a team responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies and variances during the transition period.Implement robust reconciliation processes and controls.
Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a team of back-office operations professionals involved in the implementation and reconciliation processes.
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to ensure a smooth transition.
Stakeholder Communication:Communicate progress and challenges to senior management, IT teams, and other relevant departments.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address system-related issues.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure that the new investment system complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct quality assurance checks and audits to maintain data integrity.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive records of the implementation process and reconciliation efforts.
Generate reports and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
