Brand Manager

Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Dunes Developments in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing brand development, marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and brand image maintenance on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop and execute all brand related activities pertaining to Dunes Developments along with its respective projects
  •  Responsible for the creation and execution of 360 marketing initiatives and campaigns in accordance with company's objectives
  • conduct regular analysis for Dunes Developments marketing presence and its competition to optimize brand visibility and presence
  •  serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their particular brand. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web,

social media, broadcast, etc., events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.

  • continuously monitor market dynamics and marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products and competitors' activities in the marketplace.
  •  Analyzing Dunes Developments brand positioning and consumer insights, then, adapting the brand strategy for the target segments
  •  Develop and direct all marketing efforts and overall plans to increase Dunes Developers brand value, image and positioning compared to competitors.
  • Ensure consistency of Dunes Developments brand experience across all channels offline &

online

  •  Responsible for managing and developing all related marketing budget under the supervision of the marketing consultants
  • Maintain close alignment internally with other marketing functions , and cross-functional with customer experience, sales, operations to ensure maximum efficiently of all carried out marketing activities
  • consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
  • Manage all third party suppliers Creative-media-BTL, etc. and ensure their performance is always in line with desired department goals and company's vision
  •  Maintain regular reporting of all marketing/brand related activities under the direct supervision of the management


Qualifications

  • Brand Development, Marketing Strategy, and Social Media Management skills
  • +4 YOE in brand image maintenance and brand positioning
  • Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in real estate or luxury sector is a plus
