* Handles all travel related requests from booking and issuing air tickets, hotel bookings and travel insurance.
* Preparing visa documentation for the walk-in and corporates.
• Maintain and extend company service standards for client satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints while providing efficient and effective solutions.y
Qualifications
* Skills / Other Requirements: Amadeus- Sabre - Microsoft Office
* Experience: Min: 3 Years
Languages: English - Very Good.
