§ Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work

§ Furnish & enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.

§ Handling customer inquiries and complaints &

§ Solving problems and escalating the issues to management when appropriate

§ Educate the customer with Etisalat products and services.

§ Promote handsets and accessories.

§ Up sell Etisalat products & services to the customers

§ Recommend products and services improvement

§ Ensure compliance to policies & procedures
