- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job criteria.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting HR Interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Preparing and administering skills assessments or tests as needed.
- Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as necessary.
- Keeping updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Facilitating the onboarding process.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
