To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Administrations and Facilities Supervisor
Job purpose:
Ensure proper implementation of the administration processes, resolution of requests and continuous maintenance to Geidea Egypt’s buildings and facilities for a comfortable, hassle-free employee experience.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Managing the Day-to-Day operations for all the premises (The 28 Hubs Across the Country)
- Leading all the Project Management Expansions
- Identifying All the best point of Sale / Location across the country
- Managing the Project Management Firms, Designs, Contractors, and the Office Furniture according to the Estimated Plans
- Managing the Subcontractor & The Service Providers (Security, HK, Transportation Fleet Services & Pest Control)
- Managing All the MEP For all the premises by supervising on the Preventive Maintenance Plan (CFC, GSS, Mokattam & the 28 Hubs)
- Monitoring All the CCTV requests and Cam review for any Incidents
- Responsible For all the Fire System, Generator & Elevators Miantenance plans
- Responsible For the Hubs and Warehouse Insurance
- Managing all the Financial Targets (Rentals and insurance for all the Hubs)
- Suggesting improvement in policies and procedures
- Supporting in the Estimated Budget Production
- Create, monitor, and ensure fulfilment of SAP requests for facilities function
- Ensure that the lighting, heating, air conditioning, equipment and ventilation systems are operating properly to provide good working and/or living conditions for occupants.
- Manage facility usage, operations, and equipment maintenance
- Monitor building and equipment maintenance and repair
- Establish and Update the administration bases of SHE (Safety, Health and Environment).
- Deliver admin -SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) according to SHE training plan of (Safety Management System)
- Create First Aid &Fire Fighters teams regularly in quarterly basis
- Overall responsibility and compliance of the Company’s H&S, making sure staff are aware of the importance of Health and Safety protocol.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Conduct all “risk assessments” as required by standard of procedures .
- Conducting risk assessments, drawing up fire plans, and enforcing preventative measures
- Responding to emergency situations when necessary and taking prompt action to eliminate immediate danger threatening life or property
- Guiding staff members during accidents and emergencies and planning preventive activities
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical background is preferred.
