Field Sales Executive

  • Generate Sales Leads: Identify and establish contact with potential customers through various methods such as door-to-door sales, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
  • Training: Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Presentable person with Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with +2-3 years sales experience, preferably in courier/ freight sectors.Good with English language and demonstrations.Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
