As a Solutions Consultant, specializing in the education field, you will play a crucial role in understanding the unique needs and challenges of our education industry clients and providing tailored solutions to address those needs. You will collaborate closely with our sales, products, services, and operations teams to deliver exceptional pre-sales support and contribute to the successful acquisition and retention of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients in the education sector, particularly government education institutions in the Middle East and Gulf region, to understand their educational objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Design and present customized solutions that align with the client's needs, leveraging our portfolio of products and services related to curriculum design, learning and development, digital content design and creation, and Education Technology.
- Collaborate with the products, services, and operations teams to create innovative offerings that address the evolving needs of our education clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions and services in the context of education and skilling.
- Collaborate with the sales team in proposal creation and response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), ensuring accurate technical documentation and alignment with client requirements in the education field.
- Assist in the development of proof of concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our education solutions.
- Build strong relationships with education sector clients, particularly government and education institutions in the region, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing guidance and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends in education, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including services, product management and development, to provide feedback and insights on client needs and market demands in the education field
Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Education Technology, Instructional Design or a related field.- Total experience: 7 to 18 years of experience is expected but not required (Quality of the experience is more important than the quantity)- Relevant 3+ years as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Professional, Product Manager, Offering Manager or similar role.- Strong understanding of the education industry, including curriculum design, learning and development, digital content design and creation, and Education Technology.- Previous experience working with government education institutions in the Gulf region is a strong plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex Educational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in the education sector.- Proven track record of delivering successful pre-sales support and contributing to revenue growth.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Technical proficiency in relevant education technologies, Artificial Intelligence, or similar solutions.- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze client requirements in the education field and propose effective solutions.- Experience in collaborating with product, services, and operations teams to create innovative offerings.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Willingness to travel, if requiredJoin our team and make a significant impact on the education industry by providing innovative solutions that shape the future of learning.
