Job description

- Five to seven years of experience in the food field

- A graduate of tourism and hotels is preferred

- Ability to manage budgets and reduce expenses.

- Continuous follow-up of best practices in the field of food and beverages.


Requirements

- Supervising and managing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department.

- Working to provide high-quality service while maintaining the available budget.

- Supervising the design of food and beverage menus and providing the necessary materials.

- Identify customer needs and work on continuous development.

- Directing and leading employees in the Food and Beverage Department.

- Recruiting, training and evaluating food and beverage employees.

- Setting goals, performance measurement criteria, and scheduling tasks.

- Supervising the implementation of operational procedures and policies.

- Organizing and managing work shifts and determining employee vacations.

- Work to motivate workers and organize work collectively.

- Follow up and verify the implementation of health and safety regulations.

- Preparing periodic reports
