Legal Compliance Officer

Employment: Full Time
  • Draft and revise compliance -related polices including ant-corruption, antitrust, data protection, money laundry, confidentiality, third- party due diligence.
  • Educate and train staff on compliance -related regulations and polices,
  • Create sound controls and monitor adherence thereto to ensure compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. 


Skills

  • Preferably bachelor degree in Law.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in compliance role, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem- solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal Arabic & English skills.
