ERP Business Consultant Required

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Business Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our ERP solutions to schools and educational institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients, understand their requirements, configure the ERP system accordingly, and oversee its seamless integration into their existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their specific business requirements related to the ERP implementation.

• Customize and configure the ERP system to align with the unique needs of each client, including modules such as student information, admissions, scheduling, attendance, grading, and more.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth integration of the ERP system with existing software and hardware infrastructure.

• Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system to maximize its benefits.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation process.

• Maintain thorough documentation of the implementation process, configurations, and user guides.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and educational technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. 

• Proven experience (X+ years) in implementing ERP systems, preferably in the education sector.

• Understanding of educational processes and workflows within schools and institutions is an advantage.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet specific requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and technical teams.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

• Willingness to travel for on-site client visits in Egypt as needed.
