- Conduct all transactions with customers pleasantly and courteously with an emphasis on customer service.
- Follow-up on back-orders and provides customers with timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensures order delivery to the customer on the promised date.
- Achieve and maintain high CSI rating.
- Sale / promotion of spare parts & accessories.
- Offering new products & Accessories to customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and profit target.
- Follow up with customers for new order.
- Creating new customers / sales through personal contact, Tel calls, SMS etc.
- Close all invoices and apply it with its cash receipts.
- Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues.
- Ensure stock accuracy of parts in the location and ensure that the required parts availability is maintained through timely replenishment from Central Warehouse and other branches.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any equivalent degree.Good command of English Excellent communication skills Microsoft office suite Must have a car & driver license.
