Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Social Media Specialist will act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic marketing advice to help them achieve their goals.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, social media, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the campaign are aligned with client goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans and proposals to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their industry and target audience.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Social Media Specialist in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
