Main tasks -
- Managing and organizing all financial matters in the company.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and ensuring their accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze budgets and costs and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and liquidity management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and sustainable growth.
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements and ensuring their compliance with accounting standards and financial laws.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing periodic reports to senior management and conducting the necessary financial analyzes to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop the finance team and ensure the development of their skills and competencies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is an added advantage.At least 10 years of experience in the field of finance, experience in factories is required.Strong skills in using accounting and financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, or others) Preferably a resident of 10th of Ramadan or the surrounding areas.
