Sales Specialist

- Receive calls, respond to customer inquiries and build good relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction.

- Visit the site with customers and help them from choosing the unit that meets their requirements to signing the contract.

- Coordinating and attending the first meeting with the customer and with representatives of external marketing companies.

- Send site visit reports to sales admin.

- Training and work on  system for the customer.

- Prepare and update the project sales report.

- Develop and implement marketing plans in coordination with the marketing team.

- Coordination with the rest of the sales and marketing team to update the information of projects and units.

- Assist the marketing team in market studies.

- Planning, implementing and studying the results of all marketing campaigns, surveys and any other activities.

-Responsible for the company's image and promotion in the real estate market.

- Find new potential customers and target the right market segment for each project.

- Represents the company in the search for new projects and in negotiations before contracting.

- Follow up the procedures of customer contracts and review the payment conditions and the due dates of payments before signing the contract.

- Communicate with banks for mortgage offers that provide easy payment terms for the company's customers.

-Supervise the final delivery of each unit.

- Follow up on all customer complaints with relevant departments.

- Review and request database updates for company customers.

- Keeping sales documents and records in an organized manner.

 

 


Proven work experience as a Sales specialist Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsBS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
