- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & PMS & OD Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the fieldAbility to learn a variety of job descriptionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeDiploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant fieldHigh school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
