We’re looking for a sales and Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company, tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining customer relations and assisting in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.


Duties and Tasks:Generates unique sales plans for the upcoming fourth quarter.Creates engaging advertisements for use in email campaigns and paper publications.Conducts market research of our main competitors.Analyze the existing sales and marketing budgets and make adjustments as necessary.Summarizes available market data in concise reports to present to leadership members.Analyzes budgets, prepares annual budget plans, schedules expenditures, and ensures the sales team meets their quotas and goals.Research and develop sales opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.Gathers, investigates, and summarizes market data and trends to draft reports.Implements new sales plans and advertising.Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.Maintain relationships with important clients by regularly visiting, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.+10 years’ experience in marketing or sales.Experience in Manufacturing is a must.Experience in steel fabrication is preferable.Needed skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.The ability to work under pressure.
