Site QA / QC Manager

  1. Participates in the constructability plan preparation.
  2. Participates in preparing the work break down structure, project master plan and schedule.
  3. Participate in preparing construction organization and estimated man-hours.
  4. Verifies / Ensures that the updated IFC documents/drawings as per the latest EDIR are received at site DCC, distributed to construction supervisors and officially sent to contractor(s)/subcontractor(s) and master copies are filled well.
  5. Leads site supervisors, contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) and provides smooth interfacing / relevant administration to complete the project within the construction schedule.
  6. Ensures that updated MRR and EDIR are distributed to construction supervisors and officially sent to contractor(s)/subcontractor(s). Investigates, checks and reviews site clarifications memorandum (ECM & PCM) and ensures that DCC has updated the site clarifications register.
  7. Verifies and approves progress reports for mechanical construction contractor(s) I sub contractor(s). Reviews / approves critical rigging plan for contractor(s) / subcontractor(s).
  8. Reviews / signs site construction reports.
  9. Justifies / prepares supplier’s visit request / plan.
  10. Attends / leads with site manager the site review meetings.
  11. Verifies/ ensures that as-built drawing marking progress is performed regularly.
  12. Ensures the full implementation of the Company manuals, procedures, and departmental work instructions, in accordance with the requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.
  13. Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the department activities within the framework of the overall Company Quality Management system.
  14. Ensures the full awareness and implementation of the applicable requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems

  • Considerable knowledge of the Company flow of work, manuals, procedures, departmental work instructions and Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems requirements.
