- Ensure that all short-term goals are met.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to the chairperson.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations.
- Oversee and manage financial and operational functions of the plant.
- Provide guidance and motivation to all staff members to drive maximum performance.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.
- Ensure that the company’s policies and guidelines are communicated to all staff members and that they are followed at all times.
- Manage and report on the effective implementations of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products to increase sales.
- Recruit all the required personnel.
A degree in BA or any other relevant field (MBA is preferred)At least 10 years of managerial experience.
