- Design engaging and effective educational content and training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly within the FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience with ful L&D lifecycle, employing diverse instructional techniques and evaluation methods.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Certifications in Training of Trainers (TOT) and instructional design.Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and other training tools.Fluent English is a must.MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Giza or 6th October ResidentExperience in food and beverage field is a huge plus.Benefits & Working Conditions:Providing transportation to Giza residents.5 working days a week.9 working hours.Location: 2nd Industrial Zone, 6th October – Giza
