JOB TITLE
Associate Manager – Learning and Development - Bakery | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Manager - Learning and Development- Bakery is responsible for carrying out activities related to the training. The role holder is also responsible for supporting aspects of training need analysis and evaluation of training providers.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Identify organizational training needs and participate in identifying skill gaps in their teams.
  • Identify the most suitable training programs for each team and section.
  • Participate in and conduct Training Needs Analysis workshops for Majid Al Futtaim departments on an annual basis.
  • Consolidate the identified list of in-house and outsourced training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the organization and optimize the training cost.
  • Assess external training providers and evaluate if they meet the identified standards.
  • Contribute to development of in-house training courses, including the content and training materials.
  • Deliver in house training programs for the various departments within Majid Al Futtaim Retail in a clear and engaging way to ensure maximum retention of information and application of newly learned skills.
  • Provide inputs for monitoring compliance of the training and development programs against the allocated budget.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation and writing skills.
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills.
