As a Senior Customer Service Representative is often a client’s primary point of contact with a company. It is your responsibility managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Responsible for Inbound & Outbound calls
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customers satisfaction level by calling them according to scheduled action plan
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
