Personnel Specialist at Olio Food

Job DescriptionCreates, maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.Supervises and revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters, Medical insurance Procedures.Creates, maintains and updates staff records on the HR data base and issue regular reports as required.Handles staff attendance system and report as appropriate.Plan & review employees contract renewal process for the whole company.Prepare forms 1,2&6 and manage all activities related to the social insurance office.Maintain the salaries and commissions. Job Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in any related field 

- 2-4 years of experience in Personnel 

- Creativity and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask

- Time Management skills

- Good verbal written communication skills

- Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

- Resident near/ in Obour City
