Role Purpose
Drive the Cloud and Security roadmap, product development of the different Cloud and Security Products families, Services categories, and technologies; to ensure delivering world class customer experience that put Vodafone Egypt as a market leader in the Cloud and Security business. Also to help the customer in his digital transformation journey.
Using the agile framework and IaaS team to deliver the roadmap, building the product technically, manage all the preparation needed from commercial perspective, Support model and Pricing.
Role Profile
- Product Development
- Managing the entire Cloud & Hosting products life cycle from technical design and tactical activities with different suppliers, Cloud & Security agencies, and internal technology teams.
- Managing the complete end to end high- and low-level cloud solutions design and implementation with EBU customers
- Managing Agile IaaS Squads and maintain delivery SLA.
- Work with Technology Vendors (SAP, Microsoft, EMC, Cisco VMware, etc..) to build and expand business values and market penetration.
