Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires proficiency in both English and Arabic and involves handling phone calls, recording customer information, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Phone Calls: Answer and manage incoming calls in both English and Arabic, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Record Customer Information: Accurately record and maintain customer information in the company database or files.
  • Assist with Office Tasks: Support various office functions, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documents.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Team: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Education:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in office administration are a plus.
