What you’ll do

Digital transformation is a journey not a one off-event. It needs to be nurtured and grown by 
talented people who experiment, fail fast, innovate and fight ambiguity at place to shape our 
digital future.
So we are looking for diverse digital tech lead, responsible for the technical decisions taken 
within the stack to define technical options and agree on solutions for future streams of 
work, and to collaborate with Architects to build and agree on architecture designs. Also 
evaluating the team's work processes and best practices and implementing changes to 
streamline operations.

Accountabilities:
1. Developing high-quality and detailed designs
2. Approves architecture designs with a focus on standards, performance, flexibility, 
scalability and security.
3. Provide code review for team members to ensure quality by validate coding 
standards and best practices.
4. Focus on optimizing performance of the system.
5. Write proof-of-concept code.
6. Delegating work and assignments to team members.
7. Creating end goals for the team.
8. Deliver technical enablers and capabilities.
9. Setup unit and integration tests.
 

Professional Qualification:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering 
or related field 
2.+6 years of experience in programming for the web.
3. Solid understanding of Javascript, and Javascript design patterns
4. Solid Experience in at least one of Javascript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue 
5. Vast experience building complex web user interfaces.
6. Demonstrate a keen understanding of user interaction and design principles and 
standards.
7. Have significant knowledge of visual aesthetic components and elements such as 
fonts, layout, color, graphics etc.
8. An exceptionally good coder with high familiarity in server-side web frameworks, for 
example, Django and Express.js. This individual will also need to be highly familiar 
with cross-browser compatibility issues and demonstrate design and user 
interface/user experience skills.
9. Must be highly proficient in CSS3, HTML5
10. Deep understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, inclusive of SASS. 
C2 General
11. Have an excellent understanding of partial page updates and AJAX.
12. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity
13. Passionate to optimize the performance bottlenecks and large-scale deployments
14. Big fan of unit testing and TDD
15. Strong command of Git and team workflows.
16. Professional-level written and spoken English.
17. Experienced with any of the cloud platforms (Azure, GCP or Amazon)
18. Good understanding of CI/CD, containerization and container orchestration tools
19. Familiar with Agile project management methodologies.
20. Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 Web Security Vulnerabilities and their 
mitigation.
