Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, behavioural).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience in recruiting for IT or tech-related positions is advantageous.
Job Purpose: As an Executive Recruiter at Mobily Infotech, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Also handle offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding of new employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to recruiting, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and offline methods (e.g., career fairs, referrals).Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements.Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback from interviewers.Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide regular updates to the TA Manager and hiring managers on recruitment progress and challenges.
