- Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and target potential gas stations for acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gas station owners and operators.
- Conduct site visits, negotiations, and contract finalization with potential partners.
- Onboard new gas stations into the Octane network, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the oil and gas industry.Knowledge of the Egyptian gas station market.Arabic and English fluency.
