▪ Process Plant Simulation and Modeling. 

Management of Change (MOC)

▪ Issue work requests and Purchase requests for all Modifications. 

▪ Participate in Conceptual designs as an output of MOC System.

▪ Participate in the detailed design of the new modification.

Troubleshooting 

▪ Analytical Trouble shooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Team Member.

Documentation 

▪ PID and PFD review and Documentation update as per Technical Department Smart. 

▪ Issue Data sheet for new Modification items and Update in DCC. 

▪ Ensure Technical Documentation updated maintained and available

Idea Generation and Evaluation 

▪ Execute the Daily sophisticated Production Sharing calculations and analysis. 

▪ Validate with statistical data, process improvements

Operational Safety

▪ HAZOP TEAM MEMBER and HAZOP scribe. 

▪ HAZOP Worksheet generation Support.

Project Support 

▪ Advising the Project Technical Lead Engineer of potential design or scope changes. 

EH&S Focus 

▪ Comply with all relevant health, safety, security and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
