OFI seeking driven, ambitious recent graduates to join our Graduation Talent Program. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on business experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to fast-track your career progression.
As a Business Development Associate:
you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our organization.
Over 12-18 months, you will be assigned various projects and tasks that will expose you to different aspects of our business, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be eligible for a management-level position or higher, commensurate with your performance and potential.
Job description:
- Support the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
- Liaising with other stakeholders to develop plans to improve production, costs, and labor.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
- Material planning and management.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering .• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Demonstrated leadership experience, either through academic, extracurricular, or professional activities• Enthusiasm for learning, growth, and taking on new challenges.• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Year of Experience Required: 0 - 2
