Under the kiln production section head supervision, from plant Crusher (raw mix preparation) to the cement and packing plant, ensure the good functioning of the production process with respect to quality and production objectives, daily planning and plant safety and environment procedures.
key responsibilities

• Must be a role model for Safety. Ensures highest regard to safety, safe operation including daily safety talks.
• Execute the daily production schedule of his shift by organizing and administrating the technical personnel of his area of responsibility in a way that secures the optimum operation of all job positions and development of the required product within the specified technical standards and safety and environment regulations
• Monitor the operation of those areas, detect malfunction or abnormal situation and take or trigger the necessary corrective actions.
• Take over the direct responsibility for the control of kiln and mill in case of complicated situation. 
• Guarantee the respect of the planned consumption of the electrical power
• Ensure proper use of the equipment in particular to avoid damage.
• Ensure that the following reports are properly filled out: daily reports, shift report, Computer based shift
• . report of incident analysis. 
• Evaluate possible cause of breakdown, determine urgency of corrective actions 
• Oversee quality control activities on shift.
