Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.


Preferred Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in related field

- At least 3 years of experience in sales, including at least one year in a supervisory role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

Strong understanding of sales operations, and ability to analyze and interpret sales data

- Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and effectively prioritize to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickl
