  • Role Overview:
    • This job plays a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the loan application process. They ensure a smooth experience by explaining procedures, collecting necessary documents, and facilitating communication between borrowers, backend account teams, and lenders.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Customer Interaction:
      • Interact with customers to guide them through the loan application process.
      • Explain application procedures, document requirements, and data submission.
      • Demonstrate the loan application software to customers.
      • Provide exceptional customer service with a polite and helpful demeanor.
    • Document Management:
      • Review loan applications and verify completeness of required documents.
      • Coordinate with applicants to collect any missing information.
      • Maintain accurate records of application status.
    • Understanding Creditworthiness Assessment:
      • Understand applicants’ creditworthiness by analyzing financial history, income, and debts. 
      • A basic to good idea is needed in the financial services industry.
    • Report Generation Creation
      • Weekly Report
      • Ad-Hoc (on request) reports 
    • Backend Coordination:
      • Collaborate with backend account teams to ensure seamless processing.
      • Communicate updates, resolve issues, and address inquiries.
    • Work Environment:
      • Remote - Mostly on Google Meet or Zoom Calls
    • Work TImings (GCC Shift)
      • Can work on GCC shift 
      • Can Support 6 days a week
      • Can work on Fridays (Weekend is Saturday and Sunday)

Qualifications:High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred.Relevant experience in loan processing or customer support.Basic Accounting knowledge.Computer and Software ProficiencyExcellent MS Office skillsMS Excel skills - Pivot Table, Vlookup, Graphing, Good proficiency with search, sort and other basic formulasMS PowerPoint - Create regular reports for presentationMS Word - Letter writingHave previously worked on industrial or financial software of any kindBilingual Skills:Fluent in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).Communication Skills:Proficient in email communication and messaging.Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders.
