- Run and Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of Aluminum and glassworks.
- Managing production and planning activities from preprocessing up to final inspection
- Prepare material, quantity take-off, and fabrication cutting list.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during installation.
- Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly.
- Prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
- Contribute ideas for improving the final products and processes.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Civil is preferable Proven work experience as Factory Engineer or similar role Experience in Aluminum (Windows, Doors & Facades) Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsLeadership skills & supervising is a must Proficiency in AutoCAD & CNC software is a must
