Senior Sales

The Senior Sales  will be responsible for driving the growth of the BCOM Middle East by identifying new business opportunities, building and expanding the presence of the company.

This role requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to creating opportunities in the competitive advertising industry.

The caliber should have a basic understanding of the agency's operations, services and market.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Business Growth:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the advertising market.

- Formulate growth strategies with the executive team.

- Lead business pitches and negotiations with prospective clients.

 

2. Client Acquisition:

- Develop a targeted sales strategy tailored to the advertising industry’s norms and client needs.

- Engage potential clients by showcasing the agency's capabilities and previous successful campaigns.

- Secure new accounts and manage contractual processes.

 

3. Market Analysis:

- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.

- Leverage market insights to enhance business proposals and pitches.

 

4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, corporate partners, and potential clients.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings.

 

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the technical, creative, and account management teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

- Coordinate with the technical team to develop materials that support business development efforts, such as case studies, presentations, and proposals.

 

6. Leadership:

- Mentor and support the development of junior business development staff.

- Lead and inspire the team to exceed business targets.

 

 


Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.- Proven sales track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales.- Experience in customer support is a plus.- Market knowledge and understanding of the advertising industry and its current events.- Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with digital advertising campaigns and social media marketing.- Established network in the advertising or related industries.
