- Study the project documents including drawings, BOQ and Specs which received
- from the consultants in order to make sure if there are any amendments needed in the
upcoming project. - Coordinate with the all disciplines and check if there is any RFI needed to be sent to the
consultant. - Follow-up and review the shop drawings and the as-built drawings before project closure,
and review it with the consultant. - Follow-up with the subcontractors on all issues related to engineering.
- Follow up shop drawing approval, material submittal approvals
- Prepare engineering drawing log.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client
- Ensure the distribution of the approved shop drawings with latest revision.
- Study and prepare requests for information, follow up subcontractor’s progress.
- Interact with Material Engineer regarding the material submittal and specifications; resolve
- any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and
instructions for construction. - Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by
the consultant.
At least 7-10 years of experience.Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Decision-making skills
