What do we expect from you:
Key responsibilities:
- Comparing actual production with drawings on different production stages and after manufacturing completion.
- Checking 100% of the parts dimensions and vending quality.
- Accompanying 3rd party inspectors in quality assurances visits.
- Providing feedback to production engineer on visual and dimensions issues.
- Reviewing aviation and motorization projects quality execution separate
- Creating inspections test report for sand filter and compacts station and steel tanks.
- Testing all equipment and ensuring computability to standards.
- Receiving materials technically before storeroom.
- Crates quality control plan for the workshop production.
- Creating ASME standard file for the workshop production.
- Creates all Qc reports or different aspects.
- Attending all audits and ensuring satisfactory scores.
- Managing site wide quality observations.
What do you need to perform your role:To perform your job successfully, you need to have the following minimum requirements:Education and experience:Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or graduate from Workers University. Minimum 4-6 Years of experience in steel fabrication/welding inspection/painting inspection.Skills and knowledge:Good command of both written and spoken English languageExcellent Microsoft Office skills, AutoCAD,2D, solid works.Naturally collaborative and able to quickly build effective working relationships and influence across the organizationResilient and able to manage competing priorities.Awareness of ASME code and other standards.Writing reports skills.
