Job Summary: 

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with an industrial background, particularly in the medical devices field? We’re seeking someone to take the lead of our entire operational process. Your mission? Drive development and ensure the success of our work operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization:
    • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
    • Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor and optimize workflows.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support to the teams to address and resolve operational issues.
    • Collaborate with the DM organizers, Data Entry, Printing Job and trimline teams to troubleshoot and rectify problems and planning.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Ensure that all Operation processes meet established quality standards.
    • Work closely with the QC team to develop and implement quality control procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  4. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational processes and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
    • Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
    • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to optimize processes.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Provide training to the staff on new processes, Software, and quality control procedures.
    • Develop training materials and documentation to support ongoing staff development.
    • Mentor and support juniors and technicians.
  7. Leadership of DM and Data Entry Teams:
    • Supervise and lead the DM and data entry teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
    • Ensure that DM organizers efficiently process STL files and maintain high standards of digital manufacturing.
    • Oversee the data entry team to ensure accurate and timely entry of critical production data.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within these teams.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the dental, orthodontic, or medical device manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and optimizing production workflows.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CAD software, MES systems, and other operational tools.Fluency in English.Proficiency in German and/or Arabic is a plus.Skills and Competencies:Process optimization and improvementTechnical troubleshooting and supportQuality control and assuranceProject managementData analysis and reportingSafety and regulatory complianceTraining and developmentTeam leadership and management
