Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
- Work closely with architectural, electrical, and structural engineers to integrate mechanical systems within the overall building design.
- Produce mechanical construction documents, schedules, and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
- Engage in BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with project teams.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on mechanical models.
- Provide technical support and expertise to ensure project success.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical BIM modeling and project coordination.Proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software for mechanical engineering.Understanding of mechanical systems, codes, standards, and construction practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Flexible to work outside Cairo
