Brand Manager

Managing the planning, implementation, and control of marketing strategies and programs for the managed portfolio to maintain the maximum sales target.

·        Following up on the current/future projects (NPDs, Campaigns, activations….etc).

·        Tackling performance reports for the assigned brands.

·        Working closely with the sales team to achieve mutual Targets.

·        Handling Digital media activations/posting tracking.

·        Coordinating the planned events with other teams (Activation team/Warehouse team).

·        Developing marketing plans and strategies to grow and expand the relevant brands within the company in terms of strategic importance.

·        Giving Briefs to agencies on brand strategy and evaluating proposals and requirements for point of sale, etc, briefed into design houses. 

·        Determining merchandising activities & promotional activities with the sales department. 

·        Briefing the Sales Team on new developments, product launches, etc. 

·        Carry out trade audits to ensure that merchandising and promotional plans are being implemented. 

·        Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion to determine whether sustainable growth was achieved.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in FMCG or any related field
  • Excellent Command of English
  • From 6 to 8 years of experience in the Marketing field
  • Specialized certificate in the field is preferred.
