Trading Sales Manager - Chemical Industry

  • Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential deals within our company market segments.
  • Increase revenue and retention rate for our accounts through approaching and up selling.
  • Work on new products from conceptualization to launch
  • Arrange and ship sales samples
  • Update product information sheets for sales preparation and labels
  • Record, analyze, and summarize research data
  • Coordinate independent laboratory testing
  • Adhere to our organization’s quality standards and other safety regulations
  • Perform other duties assigned by Commercial Director
  • Searches and discovers market opportunities, prospecting promising customers and communicating to arrange for a meeting with decision-makers.
  • Manages & mentors a sales team for open opportunities & securing it to successful orders
  • Conducts technical sales presentations to customers as and when necessary, showing how our products meet their needs.
  • Offers after-sales support services, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Liaises with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Reaches out to customer leads through calls, and surveys.
  • Negotiates tender and contract terms.
  • Searches and discovers market opportunities, prospecting promising customers and communicating to arrange for a meeting with decision-makers.
  • Provides up-to-date market information such as competition information (products, prices, services, new technology, etc.…), new business opportunities, threats to existing company’s business, etc.…

Bachelor's degree in science / chemicals or a related field Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the same role/related field.Client-focused solutions experience.Talent for influencing client management.Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships at the same time.Effective customer management skills with demonstrated ability to work successfully with collaborate sales teams to meet performance goals.Proficiency in relevant sales software and CRM systemsFluency in English and Arabic, as other language is preferred
