- Source and identify top talent through various channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to build a strong candidate pool.
- Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees, design career development plans, and recommend talent mobility opportunities.
- Training & OD
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs, manage learning platforms, and track employee development progress.
- Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.
- Participate in OD projects such as job analysis & job descriptions, Work load analysis
- Personnel & Governmental relations
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring that departing employees have a seamless exit experience.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to social insurance-related tasks, ex: delivering Forms 1, 6& and managing audits if happened.
- Responding to Labor office requirements & Audits
- Prepare and submit required HR frequent reports and documentation.
- Full compliance with the local labor law Penalties communication with employees
- Update & follow-up employment contracts and agreements
- Payroll & Time management
- Maintain and update employee records in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Follow up fingerprint & attendance records through ERP system.
- Comp& ben Management
- Support the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Manage & measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements when needed.
- Employees relations
- Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
- Manage internal communication initiatives and meetings.
- Assist in organizing company & HR events.
Alex residence is a must ( preferably experience in Borg Al Arab area).Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.HR certificate Or Diploma.Excellent command of English language.Hands-on experience in a similar role.8 to 10 years of HR management experience.Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in (Oracle) is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
