Export sales specialist

  • Open new markets and introduce new customers in addition to being responsible from managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • Compile daily & monthly export sales reports and customer credit check. 
  • Prepare all reports for new markets, analyze all competitor activities, and submit the same to the manager.
  • Responsible for coordination between logistics team &Export team to prepare and deliver all documentation related to shipping & transport. 
  • Conducting local & export sales analysis reports.
  • Sales Job, Input sales data, Arrange necessary documents (invoice, sales contract, purchase order)
  • Sales Support Job/ Correspond to customer's inquiries and request, Maintain customers information.
  • Maintains office files/file paperwork

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.3 years’ work experience in Exporting Fruits and vegetables. Excellent knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses.Job requirementsHighly skilled in Microsoft office. Possesses strong problem-solving skills.Works well with a team. Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customersTime management, organization, accuracy, and productivity.Language skills:Fluent in English.Multilingual is a plus.
