Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
- As a sales field manager set a plan to visit all shops in the region
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for sales staff.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product demand to optimize inventory management.
- Identify gaps within a geographical territory and explore methods to bridge these gaps through sales strategies
Bachelor’s degree7+ relevant years of retail experienceExperience in similar position in banking/Aggregator/facilitator and already built a teamability to manage the sales force across country with big size (more than 200) people management capabilities
