Operation specialist ( Travel)

  • Before sales task: 
  • Quotations: Dealing with hotels & suppliers and getting the Best prices for requested quotations.
  • Confirmation: Confirm the reservations ( hotels, transfers, tours, car rental.. etc) on the different suppliers (online or offline).
  • Offers: Make the company offers and update the rates for each month & send it as well to the design agent.
  • After-sales tasks: 
  • Complains: Dealing with the client’s complaint company channels and solve it.
  • HCN: Dealing with the hotels and suppliers to reconfirm the booking.
  • Follow up tasks: 
  • Emails: Check all company emails (info, ops , sales & support) and reply on it or make directions to responsible agent.
  • Assist the operation manager in daily management.
  • Maintain the schedule of operations.
  • Cooperate with different department.

• Previous experience in a reservations role, preferably within an OTA or travel agency. from 01 till 03 years • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with DMCs• Proficiency in using reservation systems and online booking platforms.• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.•  only males• Rotational shifts
