- Before sales task:
- Quotations: Dealing with hotels & suppliers and getting the Best prices for requested quotations.
- Confirmation: Confirm the reservations ( hotels, transfers, tours, car rental.. etc) on the different suppliers (online or offline).
- Offers: Make the company offers and update the rates for each month & send it as well to the design agent.
- After-sales tasks:
- Complains: Dealing with the client’s complaint company channels and solve it.
- HCN: Dealing with the hotels and suppliers to reconfirm the booking.
- Follow up tasks:
- Emails: Check all company emails (info, ops , sales & support) and reply on it or make directions to responsible agent.
- Assist the operation manager in daily management.
- Maintain the schedule of operations.
- Cooperate with different department.
• Previous experience in a reservations role, preferably within an OTA or travel agency. from 01 till 03 years • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with DMCs• Proficiency in using reservation systems and online booking platforms.• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.• only males• Rotational shifts
