Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects.
- Participate in project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy (is preferred) or Electrical Engineering.3 to 5 years of experience.Solid experience in project execution, specifically in solar energy projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including PV design, inverters, and energy storage solutions.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Primavera, PVSOL, AutoCAD).Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, EEE).Relevant technical certifications in solar energy are a plus.
