Alex Panel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our panel manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, a commitment to quality and efficiency, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, products quality, and safety.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize plant capacity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring all employees adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 2 years as a plant manager.Experience in PU/ PIR / MIWO / is a plusPrior experience with multinational corporate is preferred.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management.Excellent leadership and team-building skills.Planning and scheduling skills
