Partner Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a robust background in the BPO industry and a deep understanding of the US market. This role is pivotal, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will oversee marketing campaigns, manage our digital presence, and lead a talented marketing team. Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing our BPO services to attract more clients and expand our market presence. You will also manage relationships with any marketing companies we engage with and handle all external communications with outsourced marketing partners.


1. Marketing Strategy:  - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the US market.  - Ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.  - Formulate strategies to market our BPO services to potential clients, aiming to increase client acquisition and market growth.2. Campaign Management:  - Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.  - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.3. Digital Marketing:  - Manage and enhance the company’s online presence, including the website, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.  - Utilize analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.4. Market Research:  - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the US.  - Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.5. Brand Management:  - Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image and reputation.  - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.6. External Relationship Management:  - Manage relationships with external marketing companies we partner with.  - Handle all communications and coordination with outsourced marketing partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies. Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in the BPO industry.- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling marketing content.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
