1. Ensure deliveries are made within credit limits
2. Send trucking company daily deliveries schedule
3. Control release of product (either against a payment or if not paid then it should be fully authorized)
4. Issues the invoices, dispatch notes and quality certificates for deliveries
5. Coordinate with customers and scheduling of deliveries
6. Inform the silos or farmers for direct deliveries.
7. Invoicing: apply the weights from the sellers and buyers into and out of our Company operated sites
8. Identify allowances to be paid or that our company has to pay to the customer depending of contract agreement.
9. Issue credit note if needed
10. Finalization of the customer file (finalization of all documents, payments and contracts etc. with customers)
11. Customer bags inventory management
12. Report previous daily activities (crush/ deliveries/ new sales/ fully delivered contracts)
13. Customer exposure management (report L/C profitability (if it can be cashed)
14. Customer claims and SQI domestic reporting
15. Allocate/ apply deliveries on various systems and spread sheets
16. Daily and monthly Stocks reconciliations
17. Bags stock reconciliation.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant Proven experience in logistics field.Excellent communication & Presentation skills. Management and leadership skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Highly organized and detail oriented.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillVery Good Computer Skills Very Good in EnglishFrom 2 - 5 years’ experience Male onlySadat Resident - Alexandria Resident is preferable
